The Diabetes Prevention Program(DPP) is a group program that helps people change habits to lower their chance of getting type 2 diabetes. Coaches work with groups to help them lose weight through healthy eating, being more active, and learning how to break bad habits. DPP includes 16 weekly classes, followed by 6 monthly classes.
